AI belongs in the document,
not in a chat tab

Squire Docs exists to end the copy-paste loop between your editor and your AI.

You know the ritual. Copy a paragraph into a chatbot. Explain what you want. Copy the answer back. Fix the formatting it mangled. Lose track of what changed. Repeat, until you're not sure which version is the real one anymore.

The AI is good. The workflow is broken. Your document lives in one place and your AI lives in another, and you spend your writing time being the courier between them.

Squire Docs puts the AI inside the page. It drafts, edits, and researches right where you're working: formatting intact, every change tracked, nothing lost in transit.

Squire Docs was built by engineering leaders who needed a better way to move from high-level thinking to finished plans: design docs, ADRs, and specs that a team and its coding agents can write together. Connect Claude Code, Kiro, Codex, or Claude Desktop over MCP, and your agent reads and updates the same document your team is editing, every change attributed. We use it the same way you would.

What we believe

The document is the interface

You shouldn't have to leave your work to use AI. The agent comes to your page, not the other way around.

Agent work is accountable work

Each edit is attributed to whoever made it, human or AI, and reversible through version history. Agent output gets reviewed like a collaborator's work, never pasted over anonymously.

Open to any model or agent

A built-in agent on Anthropic's Claude models, your own key from Anthropic, Google (Gemini), OpenAI, z.ai, or OpenRouter, or external agents like Claude Code, Kiro, Codex, and Claude Desktop via MCP. No lock-in.

Trust by design

Google sign-in with no password to manage, API keys encrypted at rest, and your documents always yours to export.

Who's behind it

Squire Docs is built by 21st Harmonic LLC, a small independent software studio. Small team, fast iteration: when you email us, the person who built the product reads it.
